Green Screen Studio Rental
Looking for a great space to film an upcoming video production, record sound effects and voice overs for a radio short or podcast or photography shoot? NakedLens’ spacious fully equipped 850 sq. ft. video production studio and 20’ X 20’ green screen are available for rent in South Burnaby.
A variety of stands, lights and other production equipment are also available on request. Contact us to arrange a location check.

Booking Terms and Rates
Bookings will be accepted up to three months in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of reservation, with the balance of rental fee payable prior to the beginning of your session.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to tax and may change without notice. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard or cheque.
Insurance: Productions are responsible for their own insurance. Any damage to the facilities incurred as a result of or during production will be the responsibility of the renter.
Cancellations: Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 full business days prior to expected arrival. Cancellations received after this cut-off will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental.
Note: Although we frequently use our green screen studio to film video with sound, it is not a sound stage and is susceptible to intermittent audio interruptions due to external noise.
