Kinetix Media Communications provides online marketing services and products to its clients. These services include but are not limited to customer database management and analysis, e-mail delivery, e-mail tracking and web site tracking. Kinetix Media Communications is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients’ customer information and to abide by the protections afforded to customers by each client’s individual Privacy Policy to the extent which it is reasonable and possible. Kinetix Media Communications does not maintain copies of our clients’ databases nor the personal information of their customers once the services for which we have been contracted are completed. Kinetix Media Communications is not liable for the independent actions of our clients with respect to personal information provided to them as a result of services we have provided.
